Emails Sent

As soon as the order has been paid and the order contains tickets we sent the customer an email with the a tickets attached to it. All the emails that are sent by this application displayed below.

Screen Description

1 The percentage of emails that have been read

2 The percentage of emails that not been read

3 The percentage of emails that have not been read. (Emails Clicked * 100)/ Emails Read

4 The percentage of emails that have been clicked, the click through rate

5 The email address to which the email has been sent.

6 The originators name, this is the name the customer will be able to see. This name can be easily managed in the settings area.

7 The date and time the email has been sent

8 The date and time the email has been read

9 The actions section. Click this icon to view the email in the browser. This will not update the read settings
