Orders

Once you click an order in the overview you will be redirected to the order page. The order page is separated in 2 sections; the order details and the statistics.

The Order details

Screen Description

1 The corresponding order number

2 The name of the customer corresponding to the order

3 The email of the customer corresponding to the order

4 If the is displayed the order has a ticket product

5 If the is dispayed the order has been paid. The row will be colored green as well

6 The date and time the order has been created

7 If the order is a ticket order, you can see the details bij clicking on the

8 Easily search through orders. You can search by email, order number, first name and last name of th customer

9 The search button, hit this button as soon as you have typed your search query

Screen Description

1 The email of the customer. In the unlikely event that the merchant has mis-spelled their email and didn't receive the tickets, you can change it here, click the resend tickets [3] afterwards you have hit [2] change email.

2 Change email, after you have changed the email, you have to save the email by clicking this button

3 Resend the tickets, this button let's you resend the tickets to the customer.

4 Title of the product that has tickets attached

5 Overview of the generated tickets, in the first column is the filename of the ticket

6 The date and time the ticket has been generated

7 The icon lets you download the ticket

8 The notifications overview, every email that is send to the customer is listed below, per ticket seperate emails are sent. If multiple tickets per variant have been ordered they will be combined in one email.

9 The email to which the email has been send

10 Type of notification that has been sent, custom refers to a manually genereated email by clicking [3], initial the email that is automatically send after the order has been received by Shappz.

11 The date and time the email has been sent

12 The date and time the email is read by the customer
