Templates

MyTicketSales has 2 templates per language. One for the ticket itself and one for the email notifications that will be sent to the customer. Moreover, you can add more tickets and email templates.

The Screen

Screen Description

1 This button allows you to add new templates

2 Type of the ticket, refers to an email ticket, refers to an ticket template

3 Template Name, this is used to distinguish all the templates

4 Subject of the template. The subject may differ per templates. This is only used in email templates

5 Language of the template, if you have a multilingual store multiple languages will be visible

6 Date and time when the template has been created

7 Date and time when the template has been adjusted

8 Actions:
Edit the template
Test the template. By clicking this button a test email will be send to the email address known in the settings section. (as descibed here)
Preview your template. By clicking this button a preview will be opened, this preview will contain dummy data.
